If you are a fan of "Tumbling Reels" style games, especially the original Davinci Diamonds slot
then there is absolutely every reason to expect you will like this follow-up version that I just added to the
Online Casinos vegas site. Unlike a lot of sequels that move away from the original in all but
imagery, Davinci Diamonds Dualplay keeps the look and feel of the original but with a twist of stacking two
games on top of each other.
In fact, this twist goes a step further because the reels tumble from one game into the next as-well! When you consider
that IGT don't often tinker too much with their games (look at the awful 2012 "Refresh" of the original
Cleopatra slot as an example), it is ayt least refreshing to see them try
something a little different with Davinci Diamonds Dualplay, even though personally I have never had the
patience for the dropdown style slot games myself.
My honest opinion is that while some of these old IGT slots like Davinci Diamonds, Cleopatra and the truly
exceptional Pharaoh's Fortune slot have always stood the test of time, IGT
themselves are struggling to keep up with developers like WMS and games like the phenomonal
Zeus 3 slot, the Wizard Of Oz series, the Lord Of The Rings (land-based only)
and Raging Rhino game. Some of their newer games like the Super Stacks
series including Black Widow and Golden Goddess are OK, but they don't really garb you like a lot of the
new games these days.
Nonethless, while these original legends are still around, we may as well make the most of them and that's why
I will continue to dig out some of these older IGT slot games and try to add
them to the site as free-play games. Davinci Diamonds Dualplay will hopefully not be the last IGT game I add!
